1.What skin types should use your products?
A: Our products are suitable forall skin types, including irritated and sensitive skin. Everything we create is free from chemicals nasties like propylene glycol, BHA, BHT, phthalates, mineral oil, parabens, phenoxyethanol, methylisothiazolinone, synthetic fragrances, and other things you won’t want on your skin.
2. Are you your products safe to use during pregnancy?
A: Our products are all safe to use during pregnancy and lactation. They’re also safe for use on children, unless otherwise stated. Do consult your physician for advice if you are unsure.
3. Are your products natural or organic?
A: We use organic ingredients where possible, which will be indicated on the label. All ingredients used in our products are proven to be safe, effective and are mostly either natural or similar to plant-derived.
4. Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Our products are proudly cruelty-free. None of our products are tested on animals, and they never will be.
5. What do you mean by ‘clean label’?
A: ‘Clean label’ essentially means the product uses as few ingredients as possible, and keeps the ingredients easy to recognise and understand. It also means moving away from harmful chemicals and synthetics towards naturally-derived ingredients.
6. Are your products vegan or halal?
A: Yes, our products are vegan-friendly. We do not use any pork or lard-derived ingredients, but we are not halal-certified.
7. How fast will I see results after using your products?
A: Everyone’s skin is a little different, so this will be subject to individuals. Generally, it can take 3-5 days to see results (as per our testimonials), and we advise giving yourself up to a week.
8. What is the shelf -life of your product?
A: As our products are made with a clean label in mind, they have a shorter shelf -life than other products on the market. Our products have a 2 years shelf -life when it is sealed.
Once opened, you can refer to the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging (6M, 9M) which indicates how many months it remains most effective.
9.Why the products may vary in colour from batch and batch?
A: As we do not use synthetic dyes or colourings in our product formulas, each batch may varies in colour due to the harvest of the certain ingredients used. This however does not affect the efficacy of the product.
